Inter-Office Messaging Added to ArchAdministrator - Database for Architects

BLOOMFIELD, NJ, July 14, 2001 -- PS Software Solutions announced today that it has fully integrated a fourteenth module into its increasingly popular software program, ArchAdministrator. The new "Inter-Office Memo/Messaging" module simplifies the task of sending, receiving, searching and sorting inter-office memos/messages and much more. 

The new Inter-Office Memo/Messaging module is used to send and receive internal office memos to/from other employees in the firm. Each created memo can be associated with a specific project and can be assigned a priority level. Sent and received memos can be organized and sorted by date, author, priority level, subject and project number. Automation features allow the user to quickly reply to received memos or forward received memos to specific employees or all employees.

The Interoffice Memo/Messaging module has been specifically designed to do the following:

* automate creation of interoffice memos that can be sent/printed
* simplify sorting of memos by author, date, subject, project, etc.
* find & display memos based on a wide variety of search criteria 
* aid in creating, replying, forwarding, archiving, etc. memos
* notify user of new memos at log-on and while working in ArchAdministrator

ArchAdministrator Release 2.0 requires a Pentium 120 or higher IBM PC or compatible processor, with Microsoft Windows 95, 98, or NT 4.0 and a minimum of 16MB RAM (32MB for Windows 98 and NT 4.0) and 70MB of disk space to install minimum features.
